Reed's Crossing Brand Standards and Messaging Guide
After an in-depth creative process, I partnered with art director Matthew Reese and creative director Brian Unflat to capture the vision, voice, values and personality of this new community. I also crafted a tagline which embodies the welcoming spirit that we wanted home buyers to experience: "You're one of a kind. You'll fit right in."


The brand guide also laid the foundation for future success by establishing clear messaging along strong, value-driven pillars. This messaging has underscored efforts beyond marketing, informing many aspects of the community's development.
