As a key part of the pitch team, I helped bring in the national real estate company, Newland, as new business. I then teamed closely with the client to develop a brand identity for their new master planned community, Reed's Crossing.

Brand and messaging guide

Long before a single house was built at Reed's Crossing, I worked with executives from Newland to create an identity and personality for the community. I led a brand workshop, exploring the client's vision and making key strategic decisions.

Combining this vision with audience research, I collaborated with brand strategists, the account team, and art directors to develop a comprehensive brand guide. It captures a unique personality, compelling values, and competitive messaging that has helped Reed's Crossing become one of the largest master planned communities in Oregon.

Driving awareness and growth

After the launch of the community's identity, my team and I continued to support Reed's Crossing with print ads, out of home ads, a website, and a wide range of content to support home sales, such as this video for the community's welcome center.

Cure for the Common Community Campaign

To capture the way that Reed's Crossing offers a unique approach to healthy living , we developed this tongue-in-cheek campaign that included a local broadcast spot that parodied the long list of side effects you see in pharmaceutical ads.
